Tecoma Strategies' founder, Matt Mullins, was the Independent Peer Review Leader for this Joint Venture with Rio Tinto, from 2006 to 2014.

Resolution is a massive copper deposit situated at ~ 2000m depth, requiring high tonnage extraction via block cave methods. Complications were the depth, the heat, the long lead times, and land access.
